All that to say, challenge has been turned into a stunning feature with complete replacements! • Remodel Vision: Vaulted Ceilings shed light on what WAS a cave.
• Moved Front Door Entry: maximizing kitchen storage and traffic patterns.
• Exterior EXTREME Makeover: re-using the brick from the patio to be the new wainscoting, moving the door, and extending the roofline, have ALL contributed to a much better greeting after a long day at work.
• Custom Cabinetry ~ Distressed Alder & Black Paint Finishes (creating storage where there was none) & Quartz Countertops (no maintenance).
• Hardwood Flooring (tied in existing oak, fir, and ash continuing our theme of re-using materials and expanding the space).
• Extremely patient, hardworking, and decisive contractors & future homeowners! The foreclosure & permitting processes are not simple, fast, or easy. This project was a huge testament for extreme communication, action & urgency, & financial risk. Every person involved contributed to the success of our tiny home. This team of hard working people would definitely be the most important feature of them all!
