  • How will a Virtual Tour of Homes work?

    Visit the Browse Homes page or the Map Search page to find the homes. You can then click to view more information on each home and a short video tour will be available for each home. There is no ticket needed and the tours are free to view!

  • What is the Central Washington Tour of Homes™ 2023?

    The Central Washington Tour of Homes™ 2023 is an annual event organized by the Central Washington Home Builders Association (CWHBA). It offers the opportunity to explore a curated selection of exceptional homes in the Central Washington region, showcasing innovative designs, architectural marvels, and the latest in home construction

  • When and where will the event take place?

    The event will take place on September 9-10 AND September 16-17 and will be located at various homes throughout the Central Washington area. Please refer to the event's official website for detailed addresses and directions.

  • How can I purchase tickets for the Tour of Homes™?

    Tickets for the Tour of Homes™ can be purchased through our official website, HERE>. 

  • Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event?

    Yes, since tickets are online QR codes they will be available for purchase on the day of the event at cwhba.org. Note: Tickets will appear in your email, please keep the QR code ready to go when approaching each home.

     

  • Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?

    • There will be no refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets.
    • Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets cannot be replaced.
    • Tickets are valid only for the Tour of Homes™ and can be revoked at any time for any reason upon refunding the ticket amount.

  • What does my Tour of Homes™ ticket include?

    Your $10 Tour of Homes ticket grants access to both Tour weekends September 9-10 and 16-17. If you purchase a $65 ticket this gets you into Chefs on Tour September 13th, and both Tour weekends.

  • Are children allowed to attend the Tour of Homes™?

    Yes, children are welcome to attend the tour. Children under 12 years of age may accompany a paid adult for free.

  • Are pets allowed at the Tour of Homes™?

    Pets are not allowed on the tour properties, except for service animals.

  • Can I take photographs during the tour?

    For security reasons, photography is not allowed inside the tour properties.

  • Is there parking available at the tour locations?

    Parking availability varies depending on the tour locations. Please follow event signage and instructions for parking options at each property.

    Chefs on Tour™ is an exclusive culinary experience taking place during the Central Washington Tour of Homes™ in Yakima. It offers attendees the opportunity to savor delicious dishes and beverages prepared by local chefs and beverage companies while enjoying the stunning homes on display.

    Chefs on Tour™ will be held on Wednesday, September 13, from 4 PM to 9 PM. The event is part of the Central Washington Tour of Homes™ and will take place in Yakima.
